Your responsibilities include:

• Research in the field of data management in Digital Farming. This includes, for example, the aggregation of data from different sources to develop a dashboard for milk production
• Develop concepts and prototype implementations for networking systems in the value chain
• Engage with BASF, John Deere, and farm representatives to understand their needs and collaborate on data visualization solutions
• Support the design, implementation and analysis of experiments and field trials in the area of sustainable and regional milk production
• Participate in the acquisition of third-party funding projects (public and industry)
• Assist us in teaching Digital Farming courses

Our requirement profile:

• Scientific university degree (master, diploma or comparable) in the field of computer science or other technical subjects
• You enjoy teamwork
• You enjoy working with farmers
• Good written and spoken English and German (Level B2)
